HURRY BEFORE THEY ARE GONE!

This time of year Wildtree announces their soon soon to be Discontinued List.  I know they need to make room for new and delicious products - which I hear (from my friend, Jen who is a product tester)  are great!  But do they need to include some of my family's favorites????  Looks like I'll have to fill my pantry shelves with some of these gems before they are gone forever!

Cranberry Spice Apple Crisp

This is so easy and so delicious.  Great way to use all those apples from apple picking! 
Cranberry Spice Apple Crisp
Serves 6

5 McIntosh apples, cored, peeled and sliced 


2 T Wildtree Cranberry Spice blend

1/3 C butter, softened 

1/3 C sugar 1/3 C flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


In a medium mixing bowl mix the apples and the Cranberry Spice Blend. Arrange the apples in a butter 8 x 8 glass baking dish. Combine the butter, sugar and flour in a bowl and mix well. Spread over the apples.


Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes or until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream or whipped cream.
