Fiesta Cheddar Soup
Serves 4
2 cups low-fat milk
2 cups prepared Wildtree Bouillon Soup Base or water
2 tablespoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 pkg. Wildtree Cheesy Cheddar Soup Mix
1 tablespoon Wildtree Fiesta Salsa Mix

Bring milk, water and Grapeseed Oil to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk in Cheddar Soup Mix and Salsa Mix, and bring to a simmer. Lower heat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Roast Beef Sandwiches
Serves 4

2 teaspoons Wildtree Beef Bouillon Soup Base
1 cup water
1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
8 slices provolone cheese
4 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Open the hoagie rolls and lay out on a baking sheet.

Heat Wildtree Beef Bouillon and water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat to make a rich beef broth. Place the roast beef in the broth and warm for 3 minutes. Arrange the meat on the hoagie rolls and top each roll with 2 slices of provolone.

Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese just begins to melt. Serve the sandwiches with small bowls of the warm broth for dipping.
Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes
Serves 6-8

3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 teaspoon salt, plus more as needed
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Wildtree Garlic and Herb Blend
Freshly ground black pepper

In a large saucepan, combine the potatoes, 1 teaspoon salt, and enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook until fork tender, about 10 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and return to the pan. Put the milk, butter and Wildtree Garlic and Herb blend in the pan and mash the potatoes. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
Sauteed Rotisserie Chicken with Soffrito
Serves 6

6 chicken breast halves
1 1/2 tablespoons Wildtree Rotisserie Chicken Blend
2 tablespoons Wildtree Savory Soffrito Sauce
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the flour and Wildtree Rotisserie Chicken Blend in a medium bowl and dredge the chicken. Tap off any excess.

Heat the oil in a large skillet and saute chicken in 2 batches until golden brown on both sides. Remove the chicken to a baking sheet, brush on Wildtree Savory Soffrito Sauce and finish cooking in the oven, about 8 to 10 minutes.
